Intervjun:
Sander Andersen (CEO) H100 Group (english)

Sander Andersson (CEO) H100 Group
H100 Group has built a successful online platform for fitness and nutrition coaching and is now expanding into broader healthcare services. The platform connects well-known coaches with strong expertise and social media reach, creating value for H100, the coaches, and their clients. Beyond fitness and nutrition, H100 also addresses mental health, weight loss, and rehabilitation. Its comprehensive digital health platform supports individuals and families in achieving their health goals throughout life. H100 aims to grow both organically and through acquisitions.
*After this interview was created two days ago, H100 Group announced (yesterday) that the company has purchased 5 MSEK worth of Bitcoin using excess liquidity, as a strategic use of surplus funds to strengthen the company’s financial position.
1: What does H100 Group do, and why are you better than your competitors?
Sander Andersson (CEO) H100 Group: H100 is building the global infrastructure for sovereign health — designed for individuals who want to take ownership of their health, and for providers who want to serve them directly, outside the constraints of reactive, sickness-driven systems.
We are not here to compete with hospitals or institutions. We are building a parallel system — one that is proactive, digital-first, and borderless. Inspired by Bitcoin and built for the internet, H100 is for those who want to operate independently and scale globally.
Our edge is distribution. We partner with health service providers who already have a digital brand and trust-based access to their clients. This gives us a significantly lower customer acquisition cost than platforms that rely on paid ads, Google, Meta, or influencer arbitrage. That creates a defensible moat — and a powerful network effect as the ecosystem grows.
2: Can you give some concrete examples of what users can do on your platform?
Sander Andersson (CEO) H100 Group: Our platform already powers Entirebody, which has helped over 10,000 clients take control of their health. Here’s what it enables:
– Health professionals can build and deliver personalized exercise and nutrition programs, communicate with clients, issue prescriptions in collaboration with doctors, and run an entire online business — all under their own brand.
– Clients can manage their entire health journey in one place — including direct access to their coach, digital doctor, prescriptions, wearable data, and health plans.
– Payments and CRM
We’re also rolling out our backend to established health apps and consumer-facing brands, letting them integrate our coaching tools, AI guidance, and personalized workflows into their frontends.
As we scale, every new provider brings more users and more services into the ecosystem. The result:
– End users get more value as more services interconnect.
– Providers and distributors monetize every transaction their clients make — not just their own services — creating powerful aligned incentives and platform-level revenue sharing.
3: Tell us about yourself!
Sander Andersson (CEO) H100 Group:
I’m Sander Andersen — an entrepreneur focused on building digital-first, borderless systems.
Over the past decade, I’ve launched companies in health and finance and worked in business models where traditional gatekeepers no longer matter — like online coaching, influencer economies, and Bitcoin.
I’m not trying to reform the legacy system. I build new ones — for people who want ownership.
H100 exists to serve the sovereign individual — and to empower the providers who choose to work outside the old playbook.
4: What does the group structure look like — what subsidiaries do you have, and what’s your ownership model?
Sander Andersson (CEO) H100 Group: H100 Group is publicly listed in Sweden. Our core operating company is Entirebody in Norway, which we fully own. We are expanding into new verticals and communities either by being an infrastructure provider or launching joint ventures.
5: Does H100 generate revenue today, and is the company profitable?
Sander Andersson (CEO) H100 Group: Yes — H100 generates revenue through Entirebody and active platform usage, totaling approximately 16 MNOK.
While we’ve made strategic hires to position the company for global scale, this has resulted in a modest burn rate. We view this as a growth phase investment — building out infrastructure, team, and global capacity to capture long-term value in the sovereign health space.
6: Which markets are you targeting?
Sander Andersson (CEO) H100 Group: We are internet-native and globally scalable. While our early traction is in Europe, we are talking to providers and users from multiple markets — from wellness apps and health coaches to distributed clinical services.
We’re not targeting regions — we’re targeting a mindset: sovereign, self-reliant, and digitally fluent.
7: What is your growth strategy?
Sander Andersson (CEO) H100 Group: We grow by serving those the system forgot — individuals and providers looking for preventive solutions and taking care of their own health.
Our current strategy includes:
1. Introducing new products and launching our marketplace model — enabling more services and transactions across the platform.
2. Doubling down on influencer- and coach-led distribution — using trusted relationships instead of traditional marketing to drive low-CAC, high-LTV growth.
As more providers and services join, the value for each user compounds — and distributors continue to earn across every transaction made by their clients, creating powerful, long-term alignment.
8: You are newly listed — what does your cash position look like, and will you raise capital this year?
Sander Andersson (CEO) H100 Group: We raised 15 MNOK pre-IPO and currently hold a strong cash and asset position, including holdings from eBlitz, with several portfolio companies we aim to exit.
At this stage, we’re in a solid financial position — focused on product, partnerships, and platform growth. That said, we remain open to strategic capital.
9: Where will H100 be in 2 years?
Sander Andersson (CEO) H100 Group: H100 will be the default platform for sovereign health.
– Individuals will manage their health with real-time data, AI-powered guidance, and full control.
– Providers will operate scalable digital businesses with no dependence on centralized systems.
– Distributors will earn long-term platform revenue from every transaction their community makes.
– The network will reinforce itself: more services, more users, more data — compounding value across the board.
We’re not fixing the system. We’re building the one that comes next — for people who choose ownership and control over dependency.
Dagens Börs thanks Sander Andersson, CEO of H100 Group, for a very interesting interview and wishes him and H100 Group the best of luck in the future!
